These terms govern your use of SamcoPOS (“the Service”), operated by SamKis Labs. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and staff PINs secure and for the activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to manage the business and data you enter.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, or use it unlawfully. You retain ownership of the business data you enter; you grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it in order to provide the Service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. In-store card payments taken from your own customers are settled by your bank or payment provider, not by SamcoPOS.
We work to keep the Service reliable and to make your data available on your devices, including offline where supported, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamKis Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
